With more than 25 years of experience supporting plaintiffs in complex litigation, Jessica Giordano brings both deep knowledge and unwavering compassion to her role as Senior Paralegal. She has been involved in every aspect of litigation—including drafting legal documents, managing discovery, maintaining consistent client communication, trial prep, expert witness management, and coordinating with opposing counsel. Her extensive background covers personal injury, asbestos litigation, class actions, and cases of childhood sexual abuse. Jessica now applies this expertise to her work with Pearce Lewis clients.
Jessica is recognized for her proactive approach and her ability to anticipate needs before they arise. She believes that those facing some of life’s most challenging moments deserve not only outstanding legal representation but also empathetic support. Jessica’s work centers on building meaningful relationships with clients, understanding their injuries and concerns, and ensuring they feel informed, supported, and accompanied throughout the litigation process.
At Pearce Lewis, Jessica focuses on personal injury and asbestos cases, contributing her seasoned judgment, meticulous attention to detail, and steady presence to advance cases with care and precision.
Jessica’s path into the legal field began early, earning her Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies in 1997 and immediately entering the world of litigation. Her desire to better understand the systems affecting the clients she served led her back to school to complete her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science in 2005. She later pursued her Juris Doctorate at Boston University School of Law, graduating in 2008 with a focus on litigation and a strong record of academic distinction. Her educational journey reflects the same qualities she brings to her work today—curiosity, determination, and a commitment to excellence.
An avid traveler, I always have a trip planned—and I often help others plan theirs as a travel advisor, creating meaningful, memory-filled itineraries. I also serve as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for children in foster care in Santa Clara County, a role I find deeply rewarding. Born and raised in Boston, I’ve embraced California life since moving here in 2013, continually exploring its countless places and beautiful landscapes. Most importantly, I’m a new grandmother, and spending time with my granddaughter brings me the greatest joy.
